Starr Speaks at the ACI EPLI Conference in New York City in January 2016

On January 29, 2016, Joseph A. Starr participated in a panel discussion entitled: "The Triangular Relationship of Carriers, Insureds, and Defense Counsel: Defending an EPL Claim, Litigation Guidelines and Billing, Settlement and Agendas, Coverage Issues, Cost Effective Ways to Work Together, Minimizing Ethical Issues, and More," at the 24th Annual Conference on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), in New York City. The panel included: Jeff Koonankeil (Beazley Group), Kristi Mackin Galletti (XL Insurance), Erin Ringbloom (Allied World Assurance Company) and Joel Hlavaty (Frantz Ward LLP).
