On January 24-25, 2012, Joseph A. Starr participated in a panel discussion entitled: "How Carriers, Insureds, and Defense Counsel Can Best Work Together to Ensure Ethical Conduct in the Management, Litigation, and Settlement of EPL Claims" at the 17^th Annual Conference on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), at the New York Marriott Downtown Hotel in New York City.
